“Soul Queen” Gummy is back with her 4th album entitled “Comfort,” which will be released on March 12. This album comes after a 3-year silence since her album “For the Bloom.”
This album not only features Gummy but is an all-star cast of YG Entertainment’s artists.
BIG BANG, who had Gummy do the narration for its hit song “Lie,” participated in this album. Aside from T.O.P. doing a rap featuring on the album’s title track called “I’m Sorry,” 45rpm also did a featuring and Ji Eun did a duet with Gummy. Brave Brothers and Perry also did songs for this album.
“About 100 songs were collected and 25 songs were recorded but only 14 songs were carefully selected to have the album to its perfection,” YG Entertainment commented with regard to Gummy’s anticipated 4th album.
YG Entertainment also added that for her 4th album activities, Gummy received dance lessons.
Gummy’s 4th album is a combination of reggae, hip hop, ballad, Euro dance and R&B genres.
