Rain, “2008 Lotte DFS Family Concert”

After 4 months, Rain was back on stage to perform in front of 15,000 fans. His last performance in Korea was in October 2007 in Daegu.

On the night of February 16, Rain was the finale spot for the “2008 Lotte DFS Family Concert,” which was held at BEXCO in Busan and sponsored by Lotte Duty Free Shop. During the concert, about 1,000 Japanese fans were present, proving Rain’s marketability as Duty Free Shop’s main model.

For almost a 40-minute performance, Rain sang 7 of his hit songs like “How to Avoid the Sun,” “I Do,” “Touch,” “Bad Guy,” and “It’s Raining.”

“Thank you to fans who are always waiting for me. I’ll become a more developed Rain,” said Rain, who will soon be busy filming his new Hollywood movie “Ninja Assassin.”

Aside from Rain, Lee Seung Hwan, Yangpa and pianist Isao Sasaki also decorated the stage with their beautiful performances.

  2. I’m glad you just report the new too. That other blog (which name I won’t mention) constantly create slanted posts about Korean stars. Seems to really hate Rain in particular. Thanks for the non-negative non-bais straight forward report.
