Korean Gallop conducted an online survey from October 23 to December 21 among 3,790 men and women from 13-59 years old and asked them on the “2007 Singer Choice Best 10” and from that survey, female group Wonder Girls ranked 1st with 28.2% of votes.
Wonder Girls was then followed by hip hop group BIG BANG, trot singer Jang Yoon Jeong, another female group Girls’ Generation and male group SG Wanna Be, respectively.
Based from the survey, Wonder Girls got the support of men from the 10-20 age bracket, while BIG BANG also got a lot of support from that age bracket of women. Jang Yoon Jeong got the most support from people in their 50s.
For the “2007 Song Choice Best 10,” Wonder Girls again placed first with 33.9% of votes for its hit song “Tell Me.” The 2nd place was received by BIG BANG for “Lie” and Girls’ Generation’s “Girls’ Generation” ranked 3rd in the list.
When it came to the “2007 New Male and Female Singer,” idol band FT Island and Wonder Girls both ranked first.
