Kim Sung Hee (19) left the female group Kara in order to focus on her studies.
“Kim Sung Hee left the group to follow her father’s good intention of having her finish her studies first. After her studies, she will back in the scene,” DSP Entertainment revealed on the 28th.
In order to fill Kim Sung Hee’s vacant position in the group, DSP, in cooperation with cable channel Mnet, is conducting an open audition, which will start airing in March. However, Kara will not only stop at 4 members.
“We plan on adding another member to make a 5-member group. A mini album is planned to be released in April,” DSP shared.
